GUIDELINES FOR SPECIAL CHURCH SERVICES
 8.30am Sundays until further notice
Vestry has decided to trial holding services for those who cannot join our online services.
Guidelines for the limited church service are:
  • If you are struggling to join us online and are vaccinated, please join us Sunday 24th at 8.30am.
  • This service will be at 8.30am on Sunday morning, starting on Sunday 24th October.
  • We will continue to offer a zoom service at 9.30am.
  • We will continue to adhere to our Diocesan guidelines:  meaning this is not church as we are used to.
You will be spaced at least 1m apart as we need to limit the number of people who attend.
  • For those wishing to attend please phone the parish office, and book a place.
  • We will not be using books.
  • Pew sheets will be placed on the places where you might sit.
  • We ask that you please sit there, not where you might have normally sat.
  • 1m minimum is a long way and we will be working hard to maintain that distance.
  • You will need to stay masked for the duration of the service.
  • This will be a non-eucharistic service: the diocesan guidelines prohibit communion services for now.
  • You will need to sign in, stay at least 1m apart, preferably more, for the whole time you are in and around the building - all things we are used to in other indoor settings.
  • We are asking those who are not vaccinated with at least one dose to not attend these services in person  (unvaccinated people are much more likely to get Covid, and to pass it on).
  • We anticipate that a number of those attending, while vaccinated, will still have underlying health issues that make them vulnerable and we want to keep them safe.  Again, in an abundance of care, we ask you to not come.
  • We will not be checking at the door. We just ask.
  • Please continue to join us online.
  • Remember:  book your place at the parish office – wear your masks  - check in on arrival - sit where the pew sheets are placed - stay 1m apart.
I am happy to talk to any of you who might have any questions or concerns.  May we continue to work together to love God by loving our neighbours as ourselves.
John
Our Zoom Service is 9.30 as usual
