The Anglican Apology
On 1 December 2018 the Anglican Church of Aotearoa made an historic public apology to two Tauranga Moana hapū represented by Otamataha Trust over the church's role in their losing approximately 1333 acres of land, known as Te Papa Block, to the Crown after the Battles of Gate Pa and Te Ranga.  Read more here
